CPS wants me to do Family Based Safety Services?

You need to talk to our firm before participating or completing Family Based Safety Services. Some or all of the services required by CPS are not necessary and we want to represent you in order to determine if services are required to reunite your family or close the case. My first goal will be to demand CPS share any evidence that supports their requirements. We want to know if you really need drug counseling or domestic violence counseling. We want to know if you really need to do a psychological evaluation or a drug assessment. Maybe you don’t really need these things and we will analyze the evidence and determine the best strategy to close your case.
