Why is CPS visiting my home and wanting to talk to my family?
In most situations, someone called the CPS hotline and made a claim/report against you or your family. The State of Texas requires that CPS to investigate every report. An investigation is an attempt to gather information and build a case against you. You may cooperate with this investigation at your own risk.
